This is amazing. I am saving so much time dictating over typing and also the AI attached does a good job of cleaning up the messiness of speaking on demand. I couple the output with another AI to further organize or reword the work into coherent and organized thoughts. Overall, I am very pleased.

One month ago, I encountered some errors while using the hotkeys. Sometimes my voice wasn't detected, and sometimes the application didn't respond. However, in the last ten days I have enjoyed this application without any technical issues. I think the developer is great, so now I enjoy this software because, in this market, it stands out. Great product overall with strong voice-to-text accuracy and functionality. However, there are two issues that prevent me from giving it 5 stars: First, the app sometimes loses synchronization on my Mac and requires me to close and reopen it to reset, which is frustrating during active use. Second, I would like to disable the notification sound that plays every time I press the hotkey. There is a toggle for this in the VoiceType.com settings on my Mac, but clicking it does not turn off the notification as expected. I have brought both issues to the team's attention and feel confident they will address them. The core product is very good when it works properly. If they fix the notification toggle and eliminate the synchronization issue, I would easily move this to a 5-star rating.

The windows app is buggy tbh and text formatting isn't great. Hopefully these will improve. I've got to admit that when thr app works it does a great job of transcribing text though, just be aware you will probaby have to format the text when you're finished.
